Short version: we collect what you put in the form and basic analytics about how you found us. We don't sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Prodworthy (prodworthy.dev) is the data controller for personal data collected on this site. Contact: hello@prodworthy.dev.
02 · What we collect
- Intake form: your email, links to your app and repo, the options you pick and your message.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters and the Google click ID (gclid) from the link that brought you here, sent with the form.
- Analytics: pages viewed, device type and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4.
- Hosting: AWS processes IP addresses to serve the site securely.
03 · Why we use it
To reply to you and prepare an audit or quote you asked for. To see which ads and pages bring enquiries, so we spend less on the ones that don't. To keep the site secure.
04 · Who processes it
Amazon Web Services (hosting, and delivering form messages to our inbox), our email provider (our inbox), Google (Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
05 · How long we keep it
Enquiries: 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Analytics: 14 months, Google Analytics' retention setting.
07 · Your rights
Ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@prodworthy.dev; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
